Responsible for launch of products from prototype phase to full production. Lead manufacturing operations, provide improvement, lean value stream process and serve as product technical expert within operations. Lead cross functional teams to ensure timely & efficient launch. Must have Master's in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or an MBA. Must also have 3 yrs. experience in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering with 3 yrs. (concurrent) demonstrated experience in launching new products from prototype to full production; employing lean manufacturing techniques; leading cross functional teams; & using project management.
